Webhook failed at 1:14am. Orders 140 through 146 show paid in Stripe and unpaid in the shop. I retried once. It failed again. I did not retry a third time, and I did not call Dana. Seven orders are a morning problem if the sheet exists. They are a crisis only if nobody wrote them down.

What moved: 312 orders through checkout between 8pm and 5am. Confirmation mail went out on all of them except the seven listed below. Grey-cover inventory hit 40 at 3:10am. I did not reorder. That call belongs to Dana.
Blocked: payment webhook failed at 1:14am. Orders 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, and 146. Paid in Stripe, unpaid in the shop. Retried once. Failed again. No refunds. No third retry.
Owner after 8:00am: Dana Ruiz. First action is those seven orders, before any new promo. If the name on this line were mine, it would wait until 10:00pm. It is not mine.

I wrote the retry down so Dana would not run it six more times and double-charge someone who is already annoyed. Quiet instruction at the bottom of the sheet, the one I still send when nothing breaks: if the night is quiet, the sheet still goes, with "What moved: nothing that needs a name." The quiet sheet is the one people skip, and then the next night is not quiet.
Adapt: Put a person's name on every open item. "We should look" is how the night person gets the morning call.
Adapt: Write the failed thing with the time and what you already tried. Leave out the retry and the morning will repeat it.
Adapt: If the night was quiet, send the sheet anyway. Cut the webhook paragraph and write "Blocked: nothing." A skipped quiet night is the one that pages you.
